Program Policies - SkillSprout America

These policies apply to our online course, Mastering Money & Mindset Skills for Kids. Camp policies are shared separately at enrollment.

Tuition & Payment

$99 per month for 8 live sessions (Money on Mondays, Mind + Life Skills on Wednesdays).
Halloween Flash Drop: your first month is $19.99 with promo code HALLOWEEN when you enroll by October 31, 2026. One per child; not combinable with other offers.
Payment is by Zelle to skillsproutamerica@gmail.com, with your child's first name in the memo.
Your first payment is due before your child's first session. After that, payment is due before the start of each new month. We'll email a reminder.
Saturday Discovery Sessions are always free.

Enrollment is month-to-month, with no long-term contract.
To stop, simply email us before your next month begins and don't send the next payment.
If your child hasn't attended a first session yet, you can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before it starts. After that, payments already made are non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated.

We don't offer refunds, make-ups or credits for sessions your child misses.
To help your child catch up, we may share that day's session recording with the families enrolled in that class. It is for your family's use only, so please don't download, share or post it.
If we ever need to reschedule a session, we'll let you know as early as possible and offer a replacement session.

Zoom links are for your family only. Please don't share them.
Every session uses a waiting room and passcode. Kids join with their first name.
We expect respectful, kind participation. A child may be muted or moved to the waiting room if needed, and we'll follow up with the parent.
Live sessions are recorded. Zoom shows a recording notice when your child joins, and agreeing to recording is part of enrolling. Please don't record, screenshot or share images of other children.

We only share photos or screenshots of a child with written parent consent, given on the registration form. You can change your choice anytime by emailing us.
Session recordings are used only for instructor training, quality review, and catch-up viewing by enrolled families. They are kept for 90 days and then deleted. We never use them for marketing without separate written consent.
We use your contact details only to run the program and keep you informed. We never sell them, and we share information only with the services that help us run the class, such as Zoom and Google.
