SkillSprout America is a first-of-its-kind premium enrichment day camp built around the 3M Frameworkβ’ β Mathematics, Money, and Mind. We combine Olympiad-style math challenges, real-world financial literacy, and mindfulness/growth mindset practices in a structured, high-energy indoor environment. We are hiring three distinct roles this summer β from no-experience-needed to full-time lead β each with clear responsibilities, fair pay, and real professional growth.

This camp operates under MA DPH regulations and is licensed by the local board of health. All staff must complete MA CORI & SORI background checks and submit a health statement from a licensed healthcare provider before their first day. Staff ages 16β20 serve in a support role only and may not serve as the sole supervising adult for any group at any time. At least one First Aid/CPR-certified staff member must be on-site at all times. All staff must sign the Staff IP Assignment & Confidentiality Agreement prior to start.
